Trail Staples

Mile 20 | The first couple weeks on the trail are all about finding out what systems work for you and what your body needs to keep going. So far foot care, proper nutrition and sleep have proven to be essentials for me. I'm taking it slow and plan to for the first 100 miles.


Some of my favorite trail luxuries are:

1) My Rubz foot roller ball

2) Tea Yogi Bedtime & Peppermint Tea

3) Heart Shaped Cactus

4) Indian Paintbrush

5) Naked Protein Zone drink 420 calories!

6) Being home in my poncho tent
